Today we are starting a new text. We are going to explore the end of the Saxon rule in England and the UK. We are going to read about The Battle of Hastings. There are a few pages to share with each other today, so focus on reading them. You could ask each other a few questions about what you have read or challenge each other to read sections or find specific words the quickest.

Geography

A core part of our geography curriculum is the ability to read maps and find where things are located. We are going to look at maps more next term in our Antarctic topic.
