Sit quietly for a few minutes and listen to some calming music.  Think about prayer and what it means to pray.  You can think of a prayer to say with your grown up.

Resources for this lesson: bread, butter, marmalade, knife

Paddington Bear loves marmalade sandwiches.  Please write a set of instructions to tell Mrs Brown how to make a marmalade sandwich.

• Think about what ingredients she will need.
• What will she have to do first, next, after that and finally.
• Then try out your instructions to see whether the sandwich turns out ok.  Then you can eat it!
