The children at our school are on a journey: our English curriculum builds a confident literate learner who is ready for their nest steps at secondary school with the skills needed to be confident, articulate, lifelong learner. The learning of English enables our children to access all other areas of the curriculum. The children talk passionately about their lessons and take pride in the high standard of work produced. Our children make good progress and attain highly. At Stella Maris, children leave us with confidence but also with wonderful learning memories, the skills and knowledge to take on their next steps and a love for stories!
