Good morning Hobbits!

 

 

I am really looking forward to seeing you today at 11.00 and 1.00 on Zoom. We will be doing Art in our first Zoom and Spelling Test in our second and going through any questions about the learning in the second.

English

Today we are using our predicting skills to predict what happened before and after the story. 

It will give us an idea of what got our character to where he has been and where he is going.

Group Activities

Red Group- You are going to write two paragraphs remembering Capital Letters, Full Stops and exciting Vocabulary. 

Yellow Group- You are going to write two sentences about what happened and how you think the charcater was feeling. 

Green Group- You are going to create two bullet point lists of what happened. 

Blue Group- You are going to draw what happened with labels. 

Purple Group- You are going to draw what happened with labels and how you think the main character was feeling at each part.

See you on Zoom for your spelling test!

Week 1 Spellings for all groups. 

Be ready with the numbers 1-10 down the side of your page and the date which is 15.01.21.

 

You will be checking your answers yourself and emailing me your scores. 

 

Maths

Arithmetic

• Try to do 30 minutes of Times Tables Rockstars- I shall be monitoring your progress!

Our focus this week is Addition and Subtraction. 

The worksheets are the bottom of the page you don't have to print it off you can just write the answers. 

You have 15 minutes to complete your sheet, take your time and think carefully. Don't forget about your presentation!
