Often in our daily reflection we talk about how we are feeling and how every feeling is important.

At the moment the world seems so strange and different for us all, but you are my little superheroes!!

It is so important that you remember how special you are, how loved you are.

Take the time each day to do something you love doing. On this page you will find lots of different video, activities, websites etc to help you.
