Today our school is taking part in the Big Garden Bird Watch with the RSPB.  If you get time today or over the next few days, you can have a look at the Rainbow Garden newsletter for January which Mrs Green has put onto the Gardening Club page on our website. (See link below)

At the bottom of this page there is a PowerPoint with some useful information and a bar chart and bird spotting sheet that you might like to use.  The instructions are on the RSPB site.  It looks like a lot of fun!

Sit quietly for a few minutes and listen to some calming music.  Think about understanding and what it means.  You can think of a prayer to say with your grown up.
