Thursday Home Learning- Hobbits Class

Good morning Hobbits!

I am really looking forward to seeing you today at 11.00 and 1.00 on Zoom. We will be doing English in our first Zoom and Reading Comprehension in our second and going through any questions about the learning in the second.

Today in English we are going to create a map.

This map will show the journey our main character is going on and who and what he meets along the way.

Group Activities

Red Group- Your map needs to be labelled with locations, names of characters he meets and some vocabulary that you like around the outside.

Yellow Group- Your map needs to be labelled with locations, names of characters he meets and what you think the main character was feeling as he got to each place.

Green Group- Your map needs to be labelled with locations, names of characters he meets and a sentence about how the story made you feel.

Blue Group- Your map needs to be labelled with locations, names of characters he meets.

Purple Group- Your map needs to be labelled with locations, names of characters he meets and any extra information you notice about the places he goes.

We are focussing on adverbs.
