Morning lovely ones! It's that time of the term again........it's Big Write time! We will start planning our Big Write today in our English lesson and you will be writing it next week. Your Big Write will take three lessons next week Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Try to spend 30 minutes on your Big Write on each of those days.

Reflection Please join us for our morning Zoom meeting at 9:00am for reflection and prayer. I will also go over the learning for the day. It would be nice to see all the Griffins!

Maths-We will do our arithmetic on our morning Zoom too, as per usual.

Remember you do not have to copy out all of the questions, especially if they use complicated diagrams.

Your answers and any workings out are enough.

English-Big Write planning

Big Write challenge-Hello Griffins. This is your mission should you choose to accept it. Next week you will be doing a Big Write.

You will write as a scientist who has been involved in the design, the making and the launch of Curiosity.

The story will include the flight, the landing and the first successful drive on Mars. You will comment on the test samples and the photos sent back to Earth and your emotions throughout the whole adventure.

In your writing I will expect to see accurate punctuation and of course capital letters. Please include paragraphs and interesting sentence starters. Use descriptive language and parenthesis. Try to write more than you did for your last Big Write. You’ve got this Griffins!
