The start of another week, remember stay positive and we will hopefully all see each other soon.
Thank you for all of your work, photos and videos from last week. We love seeing and hearing from you.
Miss you all,
Mr and Mrs L x
Think of your happiest moments from the past week.
What are you going to do this week to make someone else happy?
“Be happy because of the hope you have. Be patient when you have troubles.”
Remember you do not have to copy out all of the questions, especially if they use complicated diagrams. Your answers and any workings out are enough.
Complete Summer Term – Week 1 (w/c 20 April), Lesson 1 - Adding decimals within 1
It has a video, worksheet and then a sheet with the answers on.
The sheet can also be found in the resources at the bottom of this page.
Remember to read for 20-30 mins a day. Write down any words you can not read or any that you do not understand from your book.
Session 11: Research
Research the jellyfish Physalia Physalis. Do not simply copy the text, but select and organise the information, for example in an information web format, as a mindmap, or as an information leaflet or briefing note that could be given to Alex.
You could use the following headings as a guide:
What it is?
Where is it found?
What does it eat?
Is it dangerous to humans?
Before the next session:
Listen to or read Chapters 'Looking for Trouble', 'Night Visitors' and 'Death in the Long Grass' (pgs 50 to middle of pg 71 on the PDF or listen to chapters below).
